“Welcome to the Missouri University of Science and Technology Panhellenic Council page. My name is Katie Wise and I currently serve as the Panhellenic Council's President. I have had the great opportunity to work with members from all of the houses and grow within the Panhellenic community. Our council is composed of three National Panhellenic Conference chapters; Chi Omega, Kappa Delta, and Zeta Tau Alpha. Each chapter has its own unique values and history.
The focus of S&T Panhellenic is scholarship, service, and friendship. The Panhellenic community strives for a high overall GPA, which has been achieved for many consecutive semesters, earning a higher overall GPA than the all-student GPA. We, as a council, work closely with the Interfraternity Council, the Greek Independent Council, the National Pan-Hellenic Council, and other organizations in order to put on a successful annual campus philanthropy event called Out ‘Til Midnight. Out ‘Til Midnight raises funding for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Along with our campus philanthropy, each sorority has their own philanthropy that they host their own events for to raise money and spread awareness!
One of the best decisions I have made since coming to this campus was joining Greek Life. It has not only helped me grow as an individual, but as a leader. As a member of Greek Life I have made amazing friendships, I have taken on many rewarding leadership positions, and made memories that I will cherish forever. This community has given me the support system I have always wanted and needed, I am forever grateful for my Greek Life experience.
Every school has a unique Greek life and the possibilities on our campus are endless. Thank you for your interest in the Panhellenic Council!”
